Sleep Deprivation in College Students Impacts Your Brain and Body
Our friends over at Online Education sent another infographic that I wanted to share with you. This one is on the negative effects of sleep deprivation.
College students are typically generalized as being sleep deprived and functioning on caffeine addictions (I should know! That was my state of life when I was in college). This infographic suggests that this behavior is not only unhealthy, but it can lead to serious medical problems down the road.
The same logic applies to adults, as well as college students. Many of us bloggers burn the midnight oil to make our online endeavors a success. The big question, is whether or not this hard work comes at too big of a price. Are we sacrificing our health for monetary gain and financial prosperity?
I firmly believe that finding a balance between working hard and resting well is the key. As in most things in life, finding balance and moderation is the foundation for success.
